This course provides an overview of where affirmative action obligations come from and how to meet these obligations. Learners will examine how particular aspects of an Affirmative Action Plan are evaluated and examine best practices for complying with regulations.

Outcomes

    • Identify affirmative action obligations and requirements. 
    • Analyze the components of a valid Affirmative Action Plan. 
    • Examine how enforcement is conducted through audits. 
    • Understand best practices to comply with Affirmative Action regulations.

Class Times

This class runs from 9:00am to 1:00pm Colorado Time on all scheduled dates.

Please note: CEUs are generic Continuing Education Credits. The listing of CEUs does not indicate recognition or acceptance by any specific certifying organization. If SHRM or HRCI preapproved credits are not shown, you are able to submit for yourself on the organization’s website to request credit.

 
  • In-person and virtual instructor-led training requires 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund. A $100 fee is charged if cancellation or rescheduling requests occur within 7 days of the training. No shows are charged the full rate.
  • Training Pass subscribers must provide 7 days’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. A $100 fee will be invoiced if notice is received less than seven days from the class or not showing to classes for which you are registered.
  • Virtual special events require 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund. A 50% fee is charged if cancellation requests occur within 7 days of the training. No shows are charged the full rate.
  • On Demand purchases are final and refunds are not available.
