Workplace Respect Virtual Sessions

Learners will explore and develop communication techniques to clarify definitions of respect. This course examines how to effectively communicate individual boundaries and requests for respect.

Outcomes

• Examine how changes in the workforce, the workplace, and society make respect a contemporary issue.
• Explore the ways in which our values affect workplace interactions and expectations of respect.
• Practice effectively communicating individual boundaries and requests for respect.

This class runs from 9:00am to 1:00pm Colorado Time on all scheduled dates.

• In-person and virtual instructor-led training requires 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund. A $100 fee is charged if cancellation or rescheduling requests occur within 7 days of the training. No shows are charged the full rate.
• Training Pass subscribers must provide 7 days’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. A $100 fee will be invoiced if notice is received less than seven days from the class or not showing to classes for which you are registered.
• Virtual special events require 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund. A 50% fee is charged if cancellation requests occur within 7 days of the training. No shows are charged the full rate.
