This course enhances learners’ communication skills by developing self-awareness and applying practical strategies. Participants will explore personal communication styles using an assessment to gain additional insight and learn to engage effectively with different styles. The course also covers the roles of speaker and listener, the impact of intentions on discussions, and how to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues for more effective interactions. |
